Dr. Herbert Greenberg Joins Board of RFB&D's New Jersey Unit
Herbert M. Greenberg, Ph.D. of Princeton has been named to the Board of Directors of the New Jersey Unit of Recording for the Blind & Dyslexic (RFB&D) in Princeton.
Dr. Greenberg is President and Chief Executive Officer of Caliper, a Princeton-based human resources consulting firm he helped found. For nearly four decades, Caliper has assessed the potential of more than one million individuals for over 28,000 companies worldwide. Caliper has offices in Princeton, Australia, Brazil, Canada, England, Japan, Mexico, Taiwan, Spain and Sweden.
He is a recognized authority on the relationship between personality and job performance and has spoken at many national conferences, directed four government programs, successfully placing thousands of welfare recipients in appropriate jobs. Since 1983, Dr. Greenberg has also worked with 23 major league sports teams, helping them make the best draft choices and upgrading the productivity of existing players.
Dr. Greenberg also owns the Trenton Shooting Stars basketball team, co-hosts a weekly show called "Winning in Business" and is the author two books, How to Hire and Develop Your Next Top Performer and What It Takes To Succeed In Sales. He is the former owner of radio station WIMG in Trenton.
Recording for the Blind & Dyslexic is a nonprofit which records and distributes educational materials for anyone who cannot effectively read standard print because of visual impairment, learning disability or other physical disability. The New Jersey Unit, based in Princeton, employs the talents of over 500 volunteers who help record texts and provide administrative and outreach support to schools in the state.
